The Leadership Foundation provides a dedicated service of support and advice on leadership, governance and management for all the UK's universities and higher education colleges. It is an open and accessible body. Web Link City and Guilds City and Guilds is the UK's leading vocational awarding body, offering more than 500 qualifications. Web Link NoWAL NoWAL is a consortium of all the UK University and Colleges of Higher Education libraries in Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. The consortium exists to enhance the delivery of services to users in a number of ways, including the design and delivery of staff training courses, a reciprocal access and borrowing policy and the consortial procurement of library materials.
